Doug is from a nearby neighborhood, but that day he was hanging out at a square close to my place. I was there too. He was alone, his big feet up on a bench, smoking a cigarette.

I walked up to him and asked straight up: “wanna make some money?”

He laughed and said, “depends, man.”

I pulled out my QR code, handed it to him and said, “you’ve got really nice feet. I’d pay for them… but I’m late, gotta go.” And I left.

Hours later, he messaged me saying he was interested. Even then, he spent almost a whole week suspicious. Kept saying it wasn’t real, that it was too weird to be true. He really didn’t believe I’d pay for his feet. I just kept telling him it was real. Eventually, we set a date.

Before coming over, he said he almost showed up in flip-flops. I had asked him to wear shorts, sneakers and socks, and he said he didn’t even have those. When he arrived… sneakers and socks. He came in with that tough-guy attitude, all macho and street-smart.

It didn’t last long.

I sat him down on the couch and went straight for his feet. They were clean, but had that smell of someone who just took off flip-flops and put on socks. A warm, light foot smell — just right. His toes are amazing to suck. Big, beautiful feet, with a great tattoo.

I really wanted to record with him.

And who knows… maybe he comes back. Maybe even with a friend.
